Canada Day Windsock Craft

How to make a tin can windsock

This craft’s a cinch and will look great blowing in the wind on Canada Day!

1. You will need scissors, ribbon, twine, a soup can, white paint, a paint brush, red paper, plastic jewels and a glue gun.
2. Paint the can white and cut a maple leaf from the red paper. (Click here to find a template online for easy cutting)

3. Using the glue gun, stick the maple leaf, jewels and the string handle to the can. Glue ribbons to the inside of the can’s open rim.
